"Failure to Update" due to reserved words
When saving an Inspection, typically in the comments, users get a "Failure to Update" when saving the data. AsInt is aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
Cause: This is due to "reserved" words for html processing, as shown below.
Workaround: The reserved words are case sensitive, so add a capital letter. For example:
