If you are new to SAP and need to

You will be directed to a
registration page like the one shown below. Complete the registration process
and activate your SAP account. Once activated, you can proceed with the steps
to log in and confirm your email verification.

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the SAP ID Login Page
- Open
your web browser and navigate to the SAP ID login portal.
- URL:

Step 2: Log In to Your SAP ID Profile
- Enter
your Email ID and Password.
- Click
Log On to proceed.
- If
you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? to reset
it.
Check your email inbox for
a password reset email from SAP ID Service.
Open the email and click
on the Click here to reset your password button.
Follow the instructions on
the reset page to create a new password and click save.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
The reset link is valid for only a limited time, so complete the process
promptly.

Step 3: Navigate to Your Profile
- After
logging in, navigate to your profile settings.
- Locate
the Email Verification section.

Step 4: Check Your Email Verification Status
- If
your email is Verified, you will see a green checkmark and the
status Verified.
- If Not
Verified, it will display a warning icon.
Step 5: Resend Verification Email (If needed)
- If
your email is not verified:
- Click
the Resend Verification Email button.
- Check
your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an email from SAP.
Step 6: Verify Your Email
- Open
the verification email sent by SAP (Similar to the password reset email).
If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. The verification link
is time-sensitive, so complete the process promptly. Click the verification
link within the email.
- This
will confirm and update your email verification status.
Step 7: Confirm Email Verification in SAP Profile
- Return
to your SAP ID Profile.
- Refresh
the page to check if the status has changed to Verified.
