Generating RBI Report

Purpose: This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) reports from the Asset Intelligence module.

Prerequisites:
  1. You have required user access rights to Asset Strategy Development within Asset Intelligence.
  2. The assessment you want to generate the RBI report for is already created and configured.
  3. The data in the assessment is reviewed and finalized (to avoid incorrect reporting).
Steps to Generate RBI Reporting

      1. Navigate to Asset Strategy Development. 
  1. Go to Asset Intelligence Module from the main navigation.
  2. Click on Asset Strategy Development. 

      2. Select the relevant Assessment 
  1. From the list of assessments, locate and select the assessment for which you want to generate the RBI report.
  2. Ensure the selected assessment is complete and contains the required data. 
      3. Generate the Report
  1. At the top of the screen, Click on the Report option.
  2. From the dropdown or available options, select the required RBI Report format e.g., summary, detailed. 
  3. Click Generate Report. 


      4. Review the Output
  1. Once generated, the report will open in the viewer or download automatically.
  2. Review the content to ensure it includes the expected data and insights. 
Outcome:

An RBI Report will be successfully generated and ready for review, download, or distribution. 

Best Practices:
  1. Always verify that assessments are finalized before generating reports.
  2. Use clear and consistent naming conventions for assessments to improve accountability.
  3. Archive or version-control previous reports for future reference and compliance audits.
