Purpose: This
article provides step-by-step instructions on
how to generate RBI (Risk-Based
Inspection) reports from the Asset Intelligence module.
Prerequisites:
- You have
required user access rights to Asset
Strategy Development within Asset Intelligence.
- The assessment you want to
generate the RBI report for is already created and configured.
- The data in the assessment is
reviewed and finalized (to avoid incorrect reporting).
Steps to Generate RBI Reporting
1. Navigate to Asset Strategy Development.
- Go to Asset Intelligence Module from the main navigation.
- Click on Asset Strategy Development.
2. Select the relevant Assessment
- From the list of assessments, locate and select the assessment for which you want to generate the RBI report.
- Ensure the selected assessment is complete and contains the required data.
3. Generate the Report
- At the top of the screen, Click on the Report option.
- From the dropdown or available options, select the required RBI Report format e.g., summary, detailed.
- Click Generate Report.
4. Review the Output- Once generated, the report will open in the viewer or download automatically.
- Review the content to ensure it includes the expected data and insights.
Outcome:
An RBI Report will be successfully generated and ready for review, download, or distribution.

- Always verify that assessments are finalized before generating reports.
- Use clear and consistent naming conventions for assessments to improve accountability.
- Archive or version-control previous reports for future reference and compliance audits.
